Yoga on the Water continues at $20 per session or $15 per session with a prepaid 4 or 5-week pack. 15 students max. Gina is a 500-hour, registered Yoga teacher and retreat leader, teaching since 2015. This yoga class is for designed for all-levels and considered gentle, yet fun, with a little challenge for strength. Gina believes that practicing yoga, breathwork and mindfulness connects and heals the mind, body and spirit. She uses safe, comfortable methods individualized for each student to help develop greater body awareness and maintain physical and spiritual alignment (modifications available). Using gentle prompts and personal guidance, in addition to soothing playlists and essential oils, Gina elevates the calming, healing benefits of Yoga.
