Join us in the Foggy Bee's gardens and on its grounds for Energy Elements healing experiences, led by Sandy Fortin. This program introduces you to Shinrin Yoku Forest Bathing and Mindful Nature Walks, including Pleasures of Presence, Wandering and Sit Spot guided nature meditations, providing an invitation to explore more deeply the connection with the natural and spiritual worlds. Group awareness may be shared in a circle, if desired.  Shinrin Yoku concludes with a tea ceremony out in nature. Please come prepared to be outdoors for the duration of the program with limited activity and slow movements. Wear weather appropriate footwear and clothing. If adverse weather is a concern (50%+ chance of rain), the host may move the program indoors for a Touched By Nature adventure, incorporating the same components as the outdoor Shinrin Yoku experience. An Energy Elements Shinrin Yoku experience offers various health benefits, including reducing stress and blood pressure, as well as improving mood.  You'll leave this beautiful natural location feeling more grounded and focused.
