Oct. 20th, 4:00-6:00pm

$41.50 // Max 16

Join us in the Foggy Bee's gardens and on its grounds for another Energy Elements healing experience, led by Sandy Fortin. Shinrin Yoku Forest Bathing and Mindful Nature Walks, including Pleasures of Presence, Wandering and Sit Spot guided nature meditations, provides the invitation to explore more deeply our connection with the natural and spiritual worlds.  This Sunset Release & Reset Intentions experience immerses you in the incredible energy of a Narraguagus Bay sunset during a Full Moon cycle. Mindful invitations focus on releasing stuck energies, emotions and beliefs; and opening space to reset intentions for new creative, abundant paths. The experience concludes with a tea and fire ceremony* for renewal. Group awareness may be shared in a circle, if desired. Please come prepared to be outdoors for the duration with limited activity and slow movements, wearing weather appropriate footwear and clothing. If adverse weather (50%+ chance of rain), the host may move the experience indoors for a Touched By Nature experience which incorporates the same components as an outdoor Shinrin Yoku experience.  An Energy Elements Shinrin Yoku experience offers health benefits of reducing stress, blood pressure and improving mood, leaving participants more grounded and focused.

*Note: the fire pit may be restricted from use depending on weather conditions and fire danger warnings
