Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance of program start date to receive a refund. Credit may be applied to future bookings or other programs for cancellations made less than 14 days in advance of program start date on a case-by-case basis. Advance deposits and/or advance payments will be forfeited for any cancellation received less than 7 days prior to program start date for anything other than an emergency or serious illness.
