Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received more than 14 days in advance of program start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days, but more than 7 days, prior to program start date may receive a credit for amounts paid to be used at a future date or for another offered Bee program. Cancellations received less than 7 days in advance of program start date will result in the forfeiture of any deposits or other amounts paid unless the reservation can be rebooked. Reservations made less than 14 days in advance of start date must be paid in full at time of registration (in lieu of a deposit).
